Start writing thesis, and i found out..

Yah, am i start writing thesis and before that, got to read through the data i have so far. You know what i found out! Poor quality data for my gene expression parts. Out of 50 samples, only 14 samples, and is 8 controls vs 6 diseased sampels that i can use to discuss my main research problem why i did this project at first place. This is a very very small sample size, literally. Even the statistical analysis also hard to analyze for me with such small sample size, only 6! I think i want to bang my head onto the wall. Again, the general discussion will be hard to put into words with such little sample size, as well as other poor quality data. Please save me!!!!! SIGH..
