Life is short

I'm working in a hospital, the place where i once dislike to go, yet i'm now working here, and will be remain at the same place for next 5 years (probably). I dun like hospital, because i thought this is the place that only sick people will go, and really, being sick doesn't feel good to me, and i think same thing happened to u as well.

But here, everyday can hear the surrounding abt who dead, who got cancer, and etc. I was doing the entering patient data in registry last week, what i saw was a healthy man, with no smoking and obese history, no family history of heart disease got sudden chest pain, and he was diagnosed with a heart disease! What thing that shocked me most was most of these patients are young. They're not the uncles or aunties that in our grandparent's ages, but so young that some even younger than our parents. Some 50, some 45, and that was one guy aged 32!

I just feel so worry and curious, what are the main causes for these? Is it because of the stress of heavy work load of people nowadays, or because we all work hard for money til no time to care for our body?

Is it time to ask ourselves, what's the most important thing in our life? Do we want to be one of them, who dies suddenly without alert, and then left ur beloved one forever? Who's going to take care them, if we really leave without leaving any msg to them?

I pray, for everyone do think, and appreciate the moment we have now. Life is short.
