Hotel's lunch

Few weeks ago, I was in KL to attend workshop and one scientific meeting.

Attending workshop and conference just like learning new things again.

And also means eat.. eat.. eat..

At Sheraton Imperial Hotel

Vegetable pie and Raspberry fruit cake (during tea breaks)

Attractive, nice deco but not so sweet desserts

Fresh oysters

More sushi for us to choose, and I liked their California Roll

Sheraton hotel also offered us a free buffet lunch for first two days of workshop, and they do have western cuisine (got roasted sirloin!), malay (nice satay I ever tasted), and Chinese (can choose asam laksa, Cantonese soup, chicken soup for noodle, and add whatever side dish you like) in each small section for us to choose. Hmm, this was the best buffet I ever had. Blame the short lunch break that caused me can’t try all the food there.

At Hilton Hotel

I have another scientific meeting at Hilton Hotel after that workshop, and because more than 1,000 participants attend, the hotel offered lunch box for us during lunch hour. They do offer Chinese, Indian vegetarian, Japanese, Western, Thai menu for us to choose during 2 and half days conference. And the lunch box is just like an airplane meal.. This was their Chinese menu lunch box

Well, it can’t beat the grand buffet offered by Sheraton Imperial Hotel as you can see.But is very filling.
